The office is basically one large room with a couple of smaller ones tucked away. We have plenty of books and papers lying around because that’s the nature of what we do. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. Salt Lake is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to, and the surroundings are relatively calm compared to the rest of Kolkata. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the address on the door. We spend most of our time typing away or reading through things. It’s a quiet kind of work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office or expensive furniture. We just want a comfortable place to sit and get the words right. Most of the people we work with have been with us for a long time. They know we’re just regular people working out of a ground floor in FE Block. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way every single day.
