We set up shop at AB-77 in Prafulla Kanan West, which is over in the Kestopur area of North Kolkata. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city center. We deal with lifestyle products, mostly things for the home or personal use. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to do. We have a few desks and some storage for our stock. The building is a typical one for this area. We’ve gotten to know the neighbors a bit, which is nice. Running a business like this takes a lot of time and patience. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just find things we think are useful and try to get them to people who need them. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power flickers, but that’s just life in Kestopur. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you'll probably just see us working at our desks or packing up some boxes. We try to keep things simple and honest. We aren't interested in sounding like a big company because we aren't one. We are just a local team doing our best. The walk from the main road isn't too long, but it can get muddy when it rains. We still like it here though. It feels like home to us. It is a good place for a small business to grow slowly.
