Bc Social Welfare Foundation

The Bc Social Welfare Foundation is located at Kingwood Tower on GMCH Road. We are specifically behind the Newcare building in Bhanagarh. Satyendra Mohan Dastidar is who we are care of at this spot. It’s a busy area with the hospital nearby and all the traffic coming through. We’ve been set up here for a while now. The office is tucked away, so it stays a bit quieter than the main road. We do social welfare stuff, which mostly means we help people navigate problems they run into. It’s a lot of talking and listening to what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing team. It’s just a few desks and some chairs where people can sit down. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once. We just try to stay organized. Being in Bhanagarh is good because we are close to where the needs are. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just the daily work of a foundation. It can be a bit repetitive, checking forms and making calls, but it’s what we do. We don't spend money on big signs. We’d rather just be here and available. If you walk behind Newcare, you’ll find us easily enough. We keep pretty regular hours, though things can get unpredictable depending on who shows up that day. We just take it as it comes and try to be useful to whoever comes by.
