Basudha Business Solution Private Limited. Our office is actually set up in Rajibpur, over in the Ashokenagar area. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s a nice place to work. We are at Ashok Kumar Ghosh’s place, c/o Haradhan Ghosh. It’s a family-connected spot, which makes the whole atmosphere feel very grounded and real. We don't have a glass building or a shiny elevator. Instead, we have a quiet space where we can actually sit down and look at the work we have to do. Most of the people around here know us by name, and we like that personal touch. It’s a small village-type setting, so things move a little slower than in the city, which is fine by us. We spend our days handling various administrative things and helping out with whatever business problems people bring to the door. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just honest work for the locals and whoever else finds us out here. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather is bad, but we manage. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We don't have big meetings with slides; we usually just sit around a table and figure things out. It’s worked for us so far, and we don't see any reason to change it into something it isn't. We just keep things moving along for everyone involved.
