Our place is located in Pathuria village, which is part of the Bagdaha area in North 24 Parganas. If you are looking for the exact spot, it is J L No- 8 near the Naldugari post office. We are a bit far out from the main towns, but we like it that way. The building we use for our skill development work is just a regular house that we converted. It has enough space for our training equipment and a small area where we can sit and talk. We do not have a polished corporate look. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is a bit mismatched. However, it is a practical space where people can actually learn something. We see a lot of young people coming through these doors from the surrounding villages. They are usually looking for a way to improve their prospects. We don't give them a sales pitch. We just show them how to use the tools and get the job done. The pace of life in Pathuria is slow, and we follow that same rhythm. We take breaks when we need to and work hard when there is a lot to do. It is just a small, local operation trying to be helpful to the people living nearby.
