We set up Bambooflute Food And Beverage Llp over in Sector V. It's on the third floor of the Advantage Tower on EN-27. If you know Salt Lake, you know it's full of offices and tech people. We are right in the middle of that. It’s a bit different from the older parts of Kolkata. We focus on food and drinks, mostly making sure things get delivered or served right. The office isn't huge, but it's where we handle all the paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the elevators in the tower take forever, which is annoying when we are in a rush. We started this because we saw a lot of people needing good food options around here. It’s not a corporate thing with suits and ties. We wear regular clothes and just talk to each other like normal people. Most of our day is spent talking to vendors or checking on stock levels. It gets busy during lunch hours because of all the IT workers nearby. We try to stay on top of things, but sometimes it’s a struggle when the weather is bad. We don't have a big philosophy or anything. We just want to run a decent business and make sure the bills are paid. It's a lot of practical stuff, like fixing a broken cooler or making sure the delivery bike is running. It's just us doing our best in Salt Lake.
