BALLOTA ESTATE LLP

Ballota Estate LLP is located at 185 Bangur Avenue, right in Block B. We have been in this spot for a while, and it’s a pretty good place to be. Bangur Avenue is usually busy, so there is always something happening outside our door. The office itself is fairly simple. We have a few desks and a place for people to sit when they come in to talk about properties. We aren't a big, fancy agency. It’s just us doing the work of matching people with houses or helping them sell what they have. There is a lot of back-and-forth with paperwork, which is where we spend most of our time. We try to keep things clear and easy to understand for everyone. We don't use a lot of technical talk because it just confuses things. If a property has issues, we say so. If it’s a good deal, we say that too. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. Sometimes we are out on the road most of the day, so the office might be locked up for an hour or two. We know the blocks around here like the back of our hand. It’s a local business run by local people who just happen to know a lot about real estate. We don't make big promises, we just do our best to get the details right. The kettle is usually on if you want a cup of tea.
