Our company, Baikunthapur Properties Private Limited, is based in Ward Number 19 over in New Town Para. It’s a local neighborhood and we’ve been working out of here for quite some time now. The office is a basic setup where we handle all the property stuff that comes our way. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that; word of mouth usually does the job for us. New Town Para has its own feel, and we like being part of the community here. Most of our day involves talking to neighbors or people looking to move into the area. We deal with houses, lots, and the usual real estate documents. It isn’t always the most exciting work, but we take it seriously. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with maps and files, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a corporate vibe at all. It’s just a few of us who know the local streets and who owns what. If someone has a question about a piece of land in Ward 19, we usually have an answer or know who to ask. We keep our hours regular and just try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It’s a small operation, but it works for us and the people we help.
