Badu Road Owners Association

We are located over at 233 Badu Road in Majhergaon. If you know the North 24 Parganas area, you’ve probably driven past our spot. The Badu Road Owners Association is really just a group of us who own property right here on this stretch. We didn’t start this to be some big corporate entity. It’s more about the practical side of owning a place in this part of town. Majhergaon is a nice enough place, but things always need doing. We meet up to talk about the road, the drainage, and how the local area is looking lately. It’s a mix of different people, some have been here for decades and others are newer to the street. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the building and the land around it are taken care of properly. Sometimes we have to deal with paperwork or local issues, and it’s easier to do that as a group than on our own. We keep our office at number 233. It’s a plain place where we keep our records and have our chats. Being on Badu Road means we see a lot of traffic and change. We just try to keep up with it all. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just keeping things running and making sure our investment here doesn't go to waste.
