Baadsha Ecoresort Private Limited is based out of Purba Netaji Pally. We had this idea for an eco-resort and decided to set it up as a private limited company to keep things official. It’s located in a spot that isn't too noisy, which fits the whole resort vibe we were going for. We don’t have a long, complicated address, just the area of Purba Netaji Pally is where we operate. Running an ecoresort means we spend a lot of time thinking about the grounds and how to keep things looking natural without it becoming a mess. It’s a lot of gardening and maintenance, to be honest. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local business trying to offer a place where people can stay. The work is mostly outdoors and can be quite tiring during the summer months when the sun is out in West Bengal. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just wake up, check the rooms, look after the plants, and make sure everything is okay for whoever is coming by. It’s a quiet life for the most part. The neighbors are nice, and the area has a good feel to it. We just try to keep the place tidy and functional. It’s a simple business run by people who live right here in the area. We do most of the heavy lifting ourselves and it keeps us busy year round.
