If you’re looking for Atu Aviation Academy, we’re on the third floor of the Airport City-II building. That’s over in Chandpur Pally, Birati. Being near the airport is pretty important for us since we train people for aviation jobs. We’re in Block 6, at H-3 184/899. It’s a functional space, nothing too flashy. We have some classrooms with whiteboards and enough seats for the students who come in from all over Parganas North and Kolkata. Most of us here have worked in or around airports for years, so we just share what we’ve learned. It isn't a massive school with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few instructors and some office people keeping things running. The elevators in the building can be a bit temperamental, so sometimes we have to take the stairs to the third floor. We don't have any polished sales pitches. We just tell the students what to expect when they start working at an airport. It’s hard work and long hours, and we make sure they know that. We have some old manuals that we use alongside some newer materials. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth environment. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything. You just come in, sit down, and start learning. It’s a straightforward setup for people who want to get into the industry.
