Arogan Infrastructure Private Limited

Our office is based out in Guma Christian Palli. It is a village area in the North 24 Parganas, not too far from Barasat. Being away from the main city noise is actually nice for us. We focus on infrastructure, which in our world means a lot of time out in the sun looking at roads, drains, and foundations. It is hard work and it gets dusty, but someone has to do it. We have a small crew and we mostly work on things around Guma and the surrounding villages. We know these roads because we drive them every single day. The office in Guma is where we keep all our tools and records. It is nothing special to look at, just a practical space where we get the planning done. We try to work with local people as much as we can because they understand the ground here better than anyone. Sometimes the seasonal changes make our work difficult, especially when the ground gets soft after a big storm. We just wait it out and get back to it as soon as we can. We have lived in this part of West Bengal our whole lives. We do not have fancy titles or big meetings. We just show up at the site, check the progress, and make sure things are moving. It is a simple way of working, but it gets the job done for the community.
