ARJO NIDHI LIMITED is situated over in Rabindra Nagar, which is in the Nimta area. We are located at Gouranga Das’s house, which is a pretty well-known spot for those who live around here. Nimta is a busy place, but our little corner in Rabindra Nagar is a bit more tucked away from the main road chaos. We don't have a giant sign or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live just a few streets over. The office is basically a converted room where we have our computers and files. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. There are usually some snacks on the table and the sound of the neighborhood in the background. We handle all the local financial stuff for the people who don't want to travel all the way into the main city. Gouranga and the rest of us are usually here from the morning until the evening. We do a lot of counting and double-checking of entries because we don't want to make mistakes with anyone's money. It is a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy being a part of the local scene. We don't use any complicated financial jargon when we talk to people. We just explain things in plain Bengali or English so everyone is on the same page. It’s a basic, honest operation for the folks in Nimta.
