You can find Arcot Realty LLP over at NRF234 in the DLF Newtown Heights area. We are based in AA-III, which is part of that big development in Newtown. It is a bit of a trek depending on where you are coming from, especially with the way North and South 24 Parganas meet up near Urttar Kashipur. The office is pretty functional. We don't have a lot of decorations, just what we need to get through the daily property work. Since we are right in the middle of all the new construction, there is always something going on. We spend a lot of our time looking at floor plans or driving out to see how the new buildings are coming along. It's a lot of ground to cover. We aren't a huge firm, so it's mostly just a few of us handling everything from phone calls to site visits. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we chip away at it every day. The area is changing fast, so we have to stay on our toes to know what is actually happening with the local real estate. People come to us when they want someone who actually knows the layout of these new blocks. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just show the properties and help with the forms. It’s a busy life but it keeps us active. There is always someone working here even if it looks quiet.
