Anil Roy started this thing, and we’ve been working on land and infrastructure projects around this side of the district for a while. It’s a bit different out here compared to the main city. Things move at a slightly slower pace, and we know most of our neighbors. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can meet and talk about work. A lot of time is spent out in the field, looking at sites and checking on how things are progressing. It gets dusty and hot, especially during the summer months, but that's part of the job. Big words or fancy brochures aren't used to explain what we do. Usually, people just come to us because they’ve seen what we’ve built or heard about us from someone in the village. It’s a local operation through and through. We care about this area because we live here too. Sometimes the roads are rough, and the rain makes everything a bit difficult, but we manage to keep the projects on track. We're just a group of local people trying to make a living by improving the space around us, one project at a time. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till late evening when we lock up. There is always another site to visit tomorrow.
