If you ever find yourself on Jessore Road, you might see the Diamond Arcade building where Anglomania Exim Private Limited is based. Our office is up on the fifth floor in flat 516. It’s a good enough spot for this kind of work because we can get around to other places without much trouble. We spend our days managing imports and exports for various clients. It’s a lot of back and forth with customs and transport companies. The office itself is quite plain, just the basics like desks and chairs and a small pantry for when we need a break. We started this company to handle the practical side of trading. There isn’t much glamour in it, just making sure items get packed and shipped properly. Sometimes the Jessore Road traffic makes getting to work a bit of a challenge but once we are inside we just focus on the numbers. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their job. We don’t use any fancy software, just the usual stuff that gets the job done. It’s important to us that the paperwork is right so we double check everything before it goes out. The building has other offices too so there is always a bit of a buzz in the hallways. We just keep our heads down and work through our lists one by one. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy and we like the people we work with every day.
