Angiraa Trends Private Limited. We are located near the Vivekananda School in North 24 Parganas. Sanat Ghosh’s place is where we set up our operations. It’s a bit of a suburban feel compared to the middle of the city. Being near a school means there’s always a bit of noise from the kids in the morning and afternoon. Our focus is on making clothes that follow current trends, but we do it in a very small-scale, local way. The building is just a normal house that we’ve converted for our work. It’s got a bit of a homey feel, honestly. We don’t have a big corporate board or fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting around the tables sorting out patterns. The 700157 area is growing quite a bit. We spend our days looking at different fabrics and trying to figure out what will look good. It’s a lot of trial and error. Sometimes the colors don’t come out right and we have to start over. It’s just me and a few others working on these designs. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make decent clothes that people will actually wear. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for when the sewing machines are all running at the same time. We enjoy the local atmosphere here in North 24 Parganas. It’s much better than being stuck in a high-rise office all day. We just take things one day at a time and keep sewing.
