Altresco Estates Private Limited

Altresco Estates Private Limited is based out of Diamond Arcade. We are up on the 4th floor in unit 402, right on 68 Jessore Road. It is a busy part of the world, but once you get inside the building, things quiet down a bit—well, mostly anyway. We spend most of our time here dealing with property matters and sorting through various estate files. It’s not a large office. Just a few desks and a lot of cabinets filled with paperwork. We have been in this location for a while now and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the street outside. People come to see us when they need help with land or building issues, and we try to give them clear answers. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to act like we're some big corporate entity. It’s just us doing our jobs. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so you might have to wait a minute. We are always around, though. We like being on Jessore Road because it’s easy for folks to reach us from different parts of the city. We keep things pretty simple here. There’s no big reception area or coffee machine that does fancy drinks. We just have our tea and get on with the work that needs doing. It’s a practical way to run things. It keeps us focused on the details that actually matter to the people we work with every day.
