Alluo Nidhi Limited is based out of Phuldubi in the South 24 Parganas area. You can find us at Surya Sankar Mondal’s place. It’s not a very busy part of the world, but it’s where we belong. We started this because we wanted to have something local. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. The office is just a regular room with some tables and chairs where we do our business. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know how things work around here. We don’t like making things complicated for people. If someone comes in with a question, we just talk to them like normal folks. There’s no need for suits or ties in a place like this. Most days, it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan and someone typing or writing in a ledger. We keep track of everything manually mostly. We don't spend money on big signs or posters. Word of mouth is enough for a small place like ours. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day. We don't mind the quiet days because they give us time to catch up on all the filing and paperwork. It’s a bit tedious but it has to be done for the record.
