Alekhya Heights Private Limited is based out of Newtown, specifically in Action Area -1, Ab-13 on Street No 91. If you know Kolkata 700156, you know it’s a developing area with a lot of new construction happening everywhere you look. We set up our office here because it’s where all the action is right now. It is a bit quieter than the old parts of the city, but it is growing fast. We spend most of our time working on housing projects and trying to keep up with the various schedules. It’s a lot of management and talking to contractors. Sometimes things go slow, sometimes they go fast, that’s just the nature of this business. Our team is small, mostly just local folks who know the area well. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical office where we can focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our days are spent checking on sites or dealing with the administrative side of things. We try to be honest about what we can do and when we can do it. Newtown can be a bit dusty with all the building going on, but we like being part of the growth here. If you’re ever near Gandhar or Street 91, you might see our sign.
