It’s a busy neighborhood, especially with the airport nearby, but our little corner in the colony is a bit more relaxed. Our office is a simple place where we manage our building projects. We have a couple of desks, a few chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't interested in having a flashy office. We’d rather spend our time and energy on the actual construction work we do. We deal with everything from the initial planning stages to the final touches on a site. It involves a lot of working with different teams. There is also a fair amount of paperwork with the local council. We try to keep things moving as quickly as we can, though sometimes there are delays that are out of our hands. We don't use any high-level marketing speak or make big promises. We just tell people what we are doing and how things are progressing. We’ve been based in Dum Dum for a while now. We enjoy being part of this community. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at the sites. There is always someone here to handle the office side of things, though. It’s just a regular, local business trying to do a good job for the people around here.
