A&SP CONSTRUXIVE PRIVATE LIMITED is located out in Village Bujrukbamuniya. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, situated in the North 24 Parganas district. Our office is at Holding No - 2, which is a place many locals know. Being in a village like this means things move at a different pace than in the middle of Kolkata. We don't have a high-rise office or anything like that. It’s a practical building that serves its purpose. Most of our work happens in and around the Dogachia and Ashok Nagar areas. We spend a lot of time on the road, checking on different sites and talking to the workers. The air is a bit fresher out here, which is nice, but the power goes out sometimes in the summer. We started this because there was a lot of need for basic construction work around here. We handle the bricks, the mortar, and the planning without much fuss. There are no suits or ties in our office. We usually wear whatever is comfortable for a dusty site visit. Our records are mostly kept in physical registers, though we use the computer for the official stuff. It’s a quiet life in the village until the cement mixers start up. We just try to do our job properly and make sure the buildings stand strong for the people living in them.
