A G Realtors Llp is based out of Block C in Bangur Avenue. We have been at number 120 for a while. Bangur is a nice area, fairly quiet compared to the main city roads, which we appreciate. We are just a small group of people working together to help folks find apartments or sell their old places around here. Most of our day is spent walking around the block or talking to people we have known for years. We do not have a flashy office or anything like that. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. We try to be helpful when someone comes in looking for advice on property. Since we are right here in the neighborhood, we see the changes happening first-hand. New buildings go up, families move out, and new ones move in. It is a lot to keep track of, but we manage. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who live nearby. Usually, the coffee is brewing and someone is complaining about the heat while we check the latest property listings. It is a very local way of doing things. No big corporate meetings or anything like that. Just us at 120 Bangur Avenue, making sure the work gets done and the keys end up with the right people.
