Deepika Travels

We are based out of Komatipally, which is in the Hasanaparthy area. Our house and office are at 1-141. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the main city center, which is nice most of the time. We started this travel business because we knew the roads around here well. Mostly, our days involve answering the phone and trying to coordinate where the vehicles need to be. Sometimes the drivers call in because a road is blocked or a tire went flat, and we have to figure out a backup plan on the fly. It’s a lot of juggling schedules and making sure there’s enough fuel for the next trip. We keep a big calendar on the wall with everything scribbled in pencil because things change so often. The office is just a simple room with a few chairs and a desk that’s always covered in notebooks. We’ve got a small porch where we sit sometimes when it’s not too sunny. Neighbors walk by and say hello, maybe stop for a minute to chat. It’s not a fancy travel agency with posters of the beach everywhere. It’s just us trying to keep the cars moving and the routes running. It can be stressful when things don't go according to plan, but we’ve been doing this long enough to not let it get to us too much. We just take it one booking at a time and do the work.
