The workshop at Gt Forging is at E-590/591 in Phase 7 of Focal Point. If you know the area, we are right near Surindra Cycle. It’s a loud place, which is expected for a forging setup. The hammers and the heat are just part of the job. Most of us have been doing this for years, so the noise doesn't bother us much anymore. We usually have the big doors open to let the air circulate, especially in the summer months. There’s always a lot of iron and steel moving around. You have to watch your step. It’s a gritty kind of work, and your hands stay dirty most of the day. We share the road with a lot of other units, so there’s always a hum of activity in this part of town. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s when everyone takes a quick break. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. If someone stops by, they usually just find us on the shop floor. The paperwork gets done in a small room off to the side. It’s a busy environment. We focus on getting the shapes right and making sure the furnace is at the right temperature. It’s a lot of repetitive movement, but it’s what we know. We just stay focused on the metal and the machines, making sure the orders are ready to go out on the trucks.
