Dr Ss Rathore Memorial School

Our school is located at Building No. 282 in the Suraj Nagar area. You can find us along Sagar Tal Road, and we are quite close to the PWD water tank, which is a big landmark for everyone living around here. It’s a decent-sized building where we have been teaching for some time now. We named it Dr Ss Rathore Memorial School to keep a legacy going. The area around here can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, and the road gets busy during the morning rush. We have different classrooms for the kids and a small space where they can play during their breaks. It is not one of those massive international schools you see in the magazines, but we have what we need to get the job done. The teachers are mostly local people who live nearby, so everyone knows each other. We spend a lot of time making sure the building stays clean and that the desks are in good shape. Sometimes the water tank area gets crowded with trucks, but it doesn’t bother us much inside the gates. We just focus on the lessons and making sure the children are learning something useful every day. It’s a straightforward place with no big bells and whistles, just a regular school for the community here and we are happy to be a part of the neighborhood.
