You can find Suswani right at Bothra Chowk on the New Line in Gangashahar. It is a well-known spot in the neighborhood. We have been operating from this location for quite some time. The chowk is always full of people and activity, which makes the days go by fast. We aren't some big corporate chain. We are just a local business that serves the people around here and handles our daily trade. The shop isn't very large, but we make good use of the space we have. Most of the time, we are busy talking to customers or checking our stock in the back. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic at the intersection, but we like being in the heart of things. We don't really have a "philosophy" or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning, do our best to help whoever walks in, and close up at night. It’s practical work. Sometimes we run out of something and have to wait for the next delivery, and we just tell people honestly. We know most of the faces that pass by Bothra Chowk. It feels good to be a part of the local community here in Gangashahar. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful to anyone who stops by the New Line. If the weather is nice, we might stand outside for a bit, but mostly we are inside working. It’s a simple life.
