We are located over at Plot No. C/1-b/271 inside the GIDC Industrial Estate. It’s one of those big estates where every turn looks the same if you aren't used to it. Our work is all about insulation, which is a bit of a messy business but very necessary. We handle materials that help keep heat in or out, depending on what the customer needs. The warehouse is usually filled with rolls of various materials and pre-cut sections. It’s a bit dusty in there, as you might expect with insulation, so we’re always wearing masks and gear. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass office; we’re mostly on the floor moving stock or loading up trucks. The GIDC can be a bit chaotic with the traffic, especially in the afternoons when everyone is trying to leave at once. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors pretty well. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so they know the inventory inside and out. We don’t really do big sales pitches; we just provide the materials that people ask for. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult because we have to be careful about keeping the stock dry. It’s a straightforward operation where we focus on getting the orders out the door without making a fuss. It’s just steady work in a busy industrial hub, and we’re happy with that. We don't need any extra complications in our daily routine.
