Our place is spread across a few plots here in the GIDC Industrial Estate, specifically 4703, 4704, and those sections of 4705. It’s a pretty large setup because we need the room for all the different parts of the process. Jayshree Aromatics Pvt. Ltd. isn't hard to find if you know which block of GIDC to look in, though sometimes people get turned around with the sub-plots like 1/2 or 3 and 4. We’ve been operating from this corner of the estate for years now. The air around here usually has a bit of a scent to it because of what we handle, but we're used to it. It’s a lot of metal tanks, pipes, and people moving around in uniforms. We don't really have a lobby for visitors, just a gate and the main production area. It gets loud during the peak hours when everything is running at once. The trucks line up outside to load the drums. We have a core group of workers who have been with us since we started at these plots. It's not a flashy business. We just focus on getting the chemistry right and making sure the containers are sealed properly. The GIDC estate is crowded, so we have to manage our space carefully. Every morning starts with a quick check of the inventory and a look at the schedule. We just keep things moving and focus on the work at hand.
