About Ambe Kitchen Equipments – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Vadodara
We’ve been at Plot No. 200-b-6 in the GIDC area for quite some time now. Most days it’s just the sound of metal being cut and the smell of welding around the shop. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer months, but that's just how it is working with kitchen stuff. We started out small and stayed that way for a bit before adding more machines. People usually find us by looking for the gate near the main road in the Industrial Estate. It isn't a fancy place. The floors have some scratches and there’s always a bit of dust on the shelves where we keep the spare parts. We spend most of our mornings checking the inventory and making sure the cutters are sharp. Sometimes the tea guy comes late, which is the biggest drama of the day here. We don't really have a big office or anything. Just a desk tucked in the corner with a lot of papers piled up on it. Most of our guys have been here for years, so they know exactly where everything is without even looking. It's a loud place when the heavy machines are running, but we've gotten used to it. The work is steady and we just keep at it from morning till the evening whistle goes off. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the items we produce are solid enough for a real kitchen environment.
