Filtrex Technologies Private Limited is based out of No. 36/4 in Raghavendra Nagar. This part of the HRBR Layout is usually quite active with people moving around. We have our setup here and it serves our needs for the technology work we handle. It is just a regular building, nothing that stands out too much from the outside. Inside, we keep things pretty simple. Most of the guys are busy with the equipment or sitting at their desks most of the morning. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings or anything like that. We just focus on the filters and the tech side of things. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years but our spot remains the same. It is a decent place to work from. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked cars but that is just how it is in this layout. We have a routine that we follow every day. Morning starts with checking the inventory and making sure the machines are ready. We take our breaks when we can. It is a practical environment where everyone knows their role. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the place look like a corporate office. It is just a functional space for us to do our business and provide what people need from us. We have a few snacks in the drawer for when the afternoon hunger hits. The windows look out onto the street.
