Calitech Biotechnologies

We are located in Patil Chamber, right on the New Telephone Exchange Road. If you know the GIDC Char Rasta area, we are quite easy to find. It’s a busy spot with lots of shops and offices around us. Calitech Biotechnologies has been operating out of this room for a while. We don't have a giant laboratory with glass walls, it’s more of a functional setup for the biotech work we do. Most days, it is just a few of us handling orders and making sure everything is labeled correctly. Dealing with biotechnology products requires a lot of attention, so we try to keep the distractions low, even though the road outside is always noisy. The traffic near the Char Rasta can be a headache in the evenings. We started this because we saw a gap in what was available locally. It’s not some big corporate venture, just a group of us who understand the science and want to make a living. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and customers. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we have to wait, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a simple business at the end of the day. We are just over here near the exchange, keeping things moving along as best as we can. We usually lock up around six in the evening when things quiet down.
