We are located at 74 121 in the Government Industrial Estate over in Masat. Being in a government estate means things are laid out in a certain way, and we’ve been here long enough to know all the neighbors. The weather in Masat can get pretty humid, so we usually have the fans going full blast. Our facility is mostly dedicated to manufacturing. We have several lines where things are put together and packaged. It’s a lot of repetitive movement, but everyone has their own rhythm. We aren't really into fancy decorations or making the place look like a showroom. It’s a factory, plain and simple. We have a lot of pallets stacked up near the loading dock. Most of our time is spent on the production floor, making sure the machines are running smoothly and the output is what it needs to be. Sometimes we have to deal with a machine breaking down, which can be a bit of a headache, but we usually fix it ourselves. The staff comes from around the local area, and many of them have been with us for a long time. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot and keep going until the shift is done. It’s a straightforward life here in the estate. We don't do much marketing or self-promotion. We just focus on the manufacturing tasks we have for the day and make sure the boxes are ready for the transport trucks.
