We’ve been set up here at Khanvel Udhwa Road for a while now. Most people around Khanval know the spot. It’s just a regular industrial setup where we get the work done day in and day out. It gets pretty busy on this road with trucks coming and going, but we manage. Aarti Indistries Ltd. isn't some fancy office with glass walls. It's more of a place where things actually happen. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other. Sometimes the gate gets stuck when it rains, and we have to give it a good kick. That’s just how it is here. We don't spend much time on fancy letters or big meetings. Usually, someone just shouts across the floor if they need something. We handle the daily tasks as they come. It’s a lot of manual work and making sure the machines are running right. If you walk past, you'll hear the noise from the workshop. We don't mind the heat much anymore, you just get used to it after a few years. There’s a tea stall down the road where everyone goes during the break. It’s a simple way of working, but it keeps things moving. We just focus on the job and try to get home on time. It’s not a complicated place to be. We are just a group of people working hard in Khanval, doing what needs to be done every single day. We stay pretty focused.
