Universal Agencies

We are located out on Tarnetar Road in Thangadh. It’s a place where everyone kind of knows what everyone else is doing. Universal Agencies isn't some corporate branch; it’s just a local business we’ve been running from this spot. The road gets quite dusty when the wind picks up, which happens a lot around here. Our building is pretty plain, nothing fancy to look at. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of getting things delivered or picked up. It isn't always smooth. Sometimes the trucks are late or the weather makes things difficult, but that’s just life in Thangadh. We don't have a big staff. It’s usually just a few of us handling the paperwork and making sure the inventory is right. We don't use any special software or have a polished way of talking. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. If you walk in, you’ll see some old desks and maybe a pile of ledgers. We prefer doing things the old-fashioned way. It works for us and it works for the people we deal with. We don't make big promises or talk about growth all the time. We just want to make sure the work gets finished by the end of the day. The wind blows across the open road here and we just keep the doors open. It’s a quiet existence for the most part, and that suits us just fine.
