You can find us at Shaniya Enclave on V. P. Road. We are in Shop Number 1, right near the railway crossing in Vile Parle West. You can often hear the trains going by every few minutes, which is just a sound we’ve gotten used to over the years. The shop is a bit of a tight squeeze with all the inventory we try to keep on the shelves. We spend a lot of our morning just shifting boxes around so we have enough room to actually walk. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or shiny floors. It’s just a ground-floor shop where we get our work done. We don't have a big marketing budget or people to write fancy stuff for us to say. We just speak our minds and do the physical labor that the business requires. Most of the people working here live in the surrounding area. We walk or take the local train to get in every morning. It’s a busy part of Vile Parle, so there’s always something happening outside the front door. We just stay focused on our tasks and try to ignore the distractions. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in when the wind blows, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the counters. It’s just part of the daily grind. We don’t make a big deal out of what we do here. We’re just here every day, opening up the shutters and doing our best.
