Down here in New Bowenpally, specifically in the Amarjyoti Colony, things are usually a bit quieter than the main Secunderabad roads. We’ve got our unit at 6-43-403, 1B. Esjay Poly Products is basically where we spend most of our waking hours dealing with plastics and polymer stuff. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, I’ll be the first to admit that. You have the smell of raw materials and the constant hum of the equipment running in the back. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when the sun is beating down on the colony. We have a small office area, but most of the action happens on the floor where the products are being sorted and packed. My tea gets cold half the time because someone needs help with a heavy bag or a machine needs a quick adjustment. We’ve got a few people working here who have been with us since we moved to this spot. It’s a decent place to work, even if the commute through Secunderabad can be a bit of a headache during the evening rush. We don't really do anything flashy. We just make sure the poly products are ready when they need to be. There's always a stack of pallets near the door ready for the truck to come by. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy enough that we don’t have time to sit around much. It is just a practical industrial setup.
