We’ve been at Plot No. I/5630 in Phase-2 for quite a few years now. The GIDC Vatva area is always humming with noise and activity, and our place is no different. Most days, it’s just a lot of work getting orders sorted and making sure the machines don’t act up. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is around here. We usually have the tea guy come around twice a day, which helps everyone stay alert. Our gate stays open from early morning until late at night because there is always something needing to be loaded or unloaded. Some of the guys have been with us since we started, so it feels less like a big company and more like a bunch of people just doing their jobs. We don't really have fancy offices or air conditioning in the back where the real work happens. It’s mostly just grease, metal, and the sound of the fans. Sometimes the trucks get stuck on the narrow road outside because so many businesses are packed in together, but we manage to navigate it. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy. We mostly just focus on what’s in front of us each morning. The floor gets dusty, and the ledgers are always piling up on the desk, but we keep pushing through. It’s just how things work at Bhagwati Industries.
