Seetharam Patlavath

I set up my workspace, Seetharam Patlavath, on the second floor of a building in Madava Nagar. The address is P No. 37 on Road No. 1 in Karmanghat. It’s a decent spot, though climbing the stairs can be a bit of a workout every morning when I arrive. I’ve been working from here for a while, focusing on various local projects and helping out whoever walks through the door. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, chairs, and my equipment. I spend most of my time here, often with the window open to catch a breeze. Karmanghat is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street below, but I’ve gotten used to it over the months. I don’t believe in having a big, polished image. I’d rather just get the work finished correctly and on time without any extra noise. Most of my clients are people from the neighborhood or friends of friends who heard I do good work. I handle the day-to-day stuff myself, from answering calls to finishing up the actual tasks. It can get a bit lonely working on the second floor sometimes, but the local tea stall isn't far away when I need a break and some conversation. I’ve lived in this area long enough to know most of the faces around here. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work I do and it suits my needs just fine.
