Techno Blow Moulders Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No 247 To 249 in Phase Ii. Having three plots gives us enough room for the blow molding machines, which are actually quite big once you get them set up. This part of Phase II is still growing, so there’s often construction going on nearby. Inside our building, it’s usually quite loud and very warm. That’s just the nature of blow molding—you need heat to shape the plastic. We spend a lot of time watching the machines to make sure the cycles are running correctly. If a mold gets stuck, the whole line stops, and that’s when things get stressful. We aren't wearing uniforms with logos on them; usually, it’s just whatever old clothes we don't mind getting a bit of grease on. The office is just a small room partitioned off from the main floor, and you can still hear the machines through the walls. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk. Most of our conversations are about cycle times, cooling water, and shipping dates. It’s a very practical environment. We have a small group of workers who have been here since we moved into Phase II. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously and just try to keep the output steady every week. That is how we keep the doors open.
