Usha Compressors Pvt. Ltd. is located right at Plot No. 1708 in the Phase-3 area of GIDC, Vatva. We have been here for a good stretch of time now. The place is mostly filled with the sound of compressors and tools. It’s an industrial area, so it’s never really quiet around here, but we’re used to it. We have a shop floor where most of the activity happens. Our staff consists of people who actually know how to fix and build things. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture. The desks we have are old and covered in papers and spare parts. We just focus on the compressors. Sometimes the heat in Vatva gets a bit much in the summer, but we keep the fans going and get through the day. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a local team doing our jobs. If you come by, you’ll likely see someone with grease on their hands. That’s just part of the work. We keep a stock of parts in the back, though it’s sometimes a struggle to keep it all tidy. We’ve been part of this community for a while and know many of the neighbors. It’s a straightforward business. We show up early, do what needs to be done, and that's about it.
