Khanna Jewellers

Our shop, Khanna Jewellers, is tucked away at 433/5 near the Jain Medical Hall. We are right in the middle of Halwai Hatta, which is always a busy, crowded place. It's the kind of area where there's always someone shouting or a scooter honking nearby. We’ve been here for a long time, and the shop hasn't changed much over the years. We deal with gold, silver, and various stones, but it's more about the people who come in. We see generations of families coming through our doors for weddings or just small gifts. It's a small space, so it gets quite tight when more than two families are inside at once. We don't have those fancy air-conditioned showrooms you see in the big malls. It’s just us behind the counter, showing what we have in the lockers. Sometimes we spend hours just talking to customers before they even decide on a small ring. That’s just how business works here. We keep our ledgers by hand mostly, and it works for us. There’s a lot of trust involved in what we do, and we don't take that lightly. The market is noisy and old, but it has a soul that you won't find in new places. We are just part of the daily life here, trying to give people something nice for their hard-earned money and keeping the tradition alive.
