You can find us over at Phase-IV, specifically spread across plots 35, 36, 38 to 40, and 49 to 51. It’s a pretty large setup we have going here. Being in a lab environment means things are usually quiet but busy in a different way. We spend a lot of time looking at equipment and making sure everything is running like it should be. The facility is split up a bit across those different plot numbers, so there’s a lot of walking back and forth between the buildings. Some of the guys have been here for years and know exactly where everything is kept. It’s a lot of routine, honestly. We check the batches, keep the floors clean, and try to stay on top of the schedule. The Phase-IV area is tucked away, so it stays a bit more focused than the main roads. It's not a place for visitors really, just a spot where the work gets done every day. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. Just the labs and the people who work in them. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, which is a bit of a disaster, but we manage. It’s just a standard lab life here in the industrial phase. We don't use big words to describe what we do, we just make sure the science is handled right and the output is steady. There's always something to do, so the day goes by fast.
