Our place is at Plot No 3-150, right there in Nallabandlagudem Village. If you know the Ramapuram X Roads in the Kodada Mandal, you’ve probably passed by us many times without thinking much of it. We are Mugdha Silacates Pvt. Ltd. and we mostly just focus on the day-to-day operations of making silicates here in Nalgonda. It is a quiet area for the most part, though the road gets busy with lorries during the harvest seasons. We have a small crew of people from the nearby villages who come in early to get the machinery started. The work is physical and the sun can be quite brutal in this part of the state, but we have our routine down. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning everywhere. It is mostly just the production shed and a small room where we keep the paperwork and the phone. Sometimes the phone lines act up or the internet is slow, so we just do things the old-fashioned way with a pen and a notebook. We handle the orders as they come through. There isn't a marketing department here. We just know the people we sell to and they know where to find us. Usually, it's just about making sure the quality is what it needs to be and the trucks get loaded on time. We’ve been at this for a bit now, just keeping the business going and making sure everyone gets paid at the end of the week.
