Our consultancy is basically a small room in the house where we help people with their paperwork and different types of applications. It’s a lot of reading and filling out forms, which can get a bit tedious sometimes. Boyawada is a nice enough neighborhood, fairly quiet for the most part. We started this because we noticed a lot of people were struggling with all the red tape and didn't know how to navigate the system. We don’t claim to be big experts, we just have experience with how things work locally. There is usually a pile of folders on the desk and the phone rings more than I’d like. It’s just me and one other person helping out. We don’t have a lobby or a receptionist, so people just knock on the door and we sit down to talk. Nalgonda is a good town, and being here lets us stay close to the government offices where most of the work ends up going anyway. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. It’s just a regular local service for regular people who have better things to do than sit in lines all day. That is about all there is to our small business here in the city.
