Kamal Optic Aid Pvt. Ltd.

We've been here at Plot No. 5/37 in Phase-1 for a while now. It's the GIDC area in Vatva. Most people know this part of town is pretty busy and loud. We focus on optics. Making lenses or frames isn't easy work, but someone has to do it. The shop floor gets dusty sometimes, but we try to keep the precision parts as clean as possible. It's mostly just regular folks working here. We start early in the morning because the heat in Vatva can get really bad by noon. Some days the machines act up, and we spend half the morning fixing a calibration issue. That's just how it goes in this trade. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just the workspace and some metal desks for the paperwork. If you come by, you'll probably see a couple of motorbikes parked out front. We deal with lots of small parts, so you need good eyesight to work here. It's quiet work mostly. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years. New buildings go up, old ones get repainted. We stay focused on the optical stuff. It's what we know best. There's always plenty to do, from checking raw materials to boxing things up for the courier. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow lane outside, but everyone manages to get through eventually. It’s a standard setup. We’ve got the regular crew who’ve been with us since the start. We keep it simple.
