Our shop is on the second floor of Raj Market, over in the Shahganj G.B area. The address is 2862/209. If you know Shahganj, you know it’s a crowded and loud place, especially during the middle of the day. We’ve been here for years, selling various goods to local retailers. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep and narrow, but we’ve gotten used to hauling boxes up and down. It’s a traditional sales setup with shelves lining the walls and a main counter where we do the billing. We don't have air conditioning, just some old ceiling fans that hum all day. It gets pretty dusty with all the traffic outside, so we’re constantly cleaning the displays. We know most of our customers by name since they’ve been coming to us for a long time. We handle everything from order taking to packing. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if we aren't all related. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the other shopkeepers in the market when things are slow. There’s always someone coming in to haggle over prices or check the latest stock. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just do business face-to-face. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s how we’ve always done it. The market is our second home, honestly. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in the middle of all the chaos.
