Sabar Pumps Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 3704/A in Vatva. We’re right in Phase-4 of the GIDC. Pumps are what we know inside and out. Our factory is where we put everything together. There is always a smell of cast iron and a bit of paint in the air. We have different sections for different parts of the process. One area is for the casings, another for the motors, and then there’s the testing tank. We test every pump before it leaves the gate because nobody likes it when a pump fails in the middle of a field or a factory. It’s noisy work, especially when the test bench is running at full power. We have a crew that’s been doing this for a long time. They don't need much instruction anymore. We just get the orders, look at the specifications, and start the assembly. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long emails. If there’s a problem, we walk over to the machine and talk about it. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business. The address on Plot 3704/A has been our home for a while. We’ve grown a bit, but the way we work hasn't changed much. We just focus on making sure the pumps do what they’re supposed to do when the customer flips the switch.
