Relief Biz Link is located at Plot No. 1520 in Phase-3 of the GIDC area in Vatva. The name came from a simple idea. The daily reality is just a lot of hard work and staying on top of things. Our plot isn't the biggest one on the block. Still, we make use of every square inch we have. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff coming in at once. We spend our mornings sorting through what needs to be done. We make sure everyone knows their tasks for the day. There is a lot of back and forth. We are either on the phone or just shouting across the room to get someone’s attention. Phase-3 is a busy place. There are always vehicles trying to navigate the roads outside our gate. Sometimes it takes ten minutes just to pull out of the driveway. We’ve gotten used to the pace of Vatva over the years. We take our breaks when we can. Usually, we grab a quick bite and a tea from the local vendor. The walls of our office could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We never seem to find the time to actually do it, though. We are more focused on the work itself. Making sure the business keeps running smoothly is the main thing we care about. It’s a humble operation. It’s ours and we are here every day. No matter what.
