Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd.

Our office is on the 3rd floor of Vanijya Bhavan. It is on Jail Road, right in Devendra Nagar. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes during the summer months. Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd. is basically just us working through files and talking on the phones all day long. The view from the third floor isn't much to look at, just the street and other office buildings. It gets hot in the afternoons. We have been here for a bit. It is a practical space. We have got desks, some chairs for visitors, and filing cabinets that are mostly full. Jail Road is always busy with traffic and motorcycles. You can hear the horns even from up here. We deal with minerals and energy stuff, mostly paperwork and coordinating things for the sites. It is not very exciting but it is what we do. We share the building with a few other offices. Sometimes we chat in the hallway or the stairs. It is a regular environment and we keep it simple. We do not have fancy decorations or art on the walls. Just the essentials to get the work done. The address is easy to find because Vanijya Bhavan is a known spot around here. We spend most of our daylight hours in these rooms. It has become a second home for most of us. We just keep our heads down and handle the business as it comes. Nothing more to it really. It gets dark early in the winter, and we usually wrap up by six or seven.
